Friday, 1-1-99
Well it's a new year. Yay ;) I guess ;p It's like 3:40
am =) So it's barely the new year. But anyhow, I had one of the most boring
New Year Eve's ever ;( Hehehe, no partying for me, not to mention even my
computer broke so I couldn't get online, and no one was home so I had *no one*
to talk to. I finally just fell asleep for awhile. :p It was way exciting.
Actually I slept until 12:30 so I actually missed New Years sorta.. oh well,
then I woke up and Mom and I got something to eat, and I sat around, and my
computer finally started working at like 2:30.. so.. now I'm just kind of,
here.. bored.. talking to drunk people on IRC. So much fun isn't it? :) Bleh

Tuesday, 1-5-99
Things are okay. Shawn's pretty pissed at me, because
of some attacks to his network.. which is why I can't access like half the net..
long story, heh. Not much else is going on.. I have orientation tomorrow..
Ann's taking me and then I'll have to call Shawn to get home.. bleh.. how fun.
for parts of it i'll be by myself which will suck. Oh well, I gotta get back
into school, so I gotta do this. Other than that, not much else is going on.
The baby's been super active lately.. maybe too active :p =) Jennifer and
Shasta stopped by a few times, and Shawna stopped by too.. not at the same time
thank god, I wouldn't want Shawna and Jennifer fighting in my living room. :)
Um.. what else.. I have a boring life.. That's about it :p
Monday, 1-11-99
Well, not much is going on. Orientation went fine,
though Ann and I skipped the second half of it, because .. well. It was boring.
:p Took the keyboarding test, and I'm *positive* I passed it with no problem.
So that's good. Got the two classes I wanted to take.. I'm only going to be
taking English Composition, and Psychology. I have English Composition Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday from 12 - 12:50. And I have Psychology on Wednesday's
from 6 - 9 pm. So that's cool. Classes start tomorrow, but I don't have any
classes until Wednesday. It should be interesting. Mom and I have to go pay my
tuition today, and run some other random errands.. How fun. :) I ran into
Tammy Wood at orientation, dunno what she was doing there, considering, she's
still in high school. I guess she was with a friend who's going there. Didn't
really run into anyone else I knew, which is fine with me. :) Baby-sat for
Danielle Saturday night, which was fine. The girls were great, though a bit
hyper, especially Brittany. :) It was great seeing them, I always miss them so
much. :) They're getting really big, and were telling me all about their
boyfriends, etc. ;) Erin came over around 9, right as the girls were going to
bed. Danielle came home around 11 or 11:30.. in between there I guess. Then
Erin and I went out and went down on drag for a bit. Saw Justin Gibson, and
Ricky Williamson. Saw other people, but didn't stop to talk to them. We had
fun, Erin needed to get out of the house for awhile, and I guess I did too. :)
We might go again next weekend, who knows. We'll see. :) I got home around
12:20 or so, and spent the rest of my night talking to Jason on the phone.
Jason rocks. :) I love talking to him. :)) But anyhow, finished my ornament for
my mom yesterday. She's been hounding me for awhile now to make it. Because
she thought it was cute. It's a Christmas ornament, a tree, with a Santa hat on
it. :) I made it out of stained glass, obviously ;p Anyhow, so she's happy
that I'm done with it, I think. ;) Ric's in town again, just came home for the
weekend I guess. He's leaving today, I guess, since he has to work tonight in
Missoula. :) Nothing much else to write about. :)
Tuesday, 1-12-99
Yesterday was a long day. :) I woke up at 11 am when
my mom yelled at me to get up ;) And then around 12 or 12:30 Mom and I went to
the insurance place, and then to the stained glass store, to drop off some
patterns to Sharon, and then to the bank, so I could open a checking account and
switch around all my money :p and then we went to Ben Franklin's to look for
green yarn, and couldn't find any.. So we went to HCT to pay my tuition, only,
we had to wait in line forever, get sent back adn forth from the office to the
student services, and then got informed they 'lost' my paper work, and couldn't
find it, therefore I couldn't pay. They said I was on the computers, but didn't
have paper work. So we left, and went to Country Harvest to get something to
eat, and Ginger was working (i love that girl, I swear I'll call her this time)
So we talked with her, ate and then left, went to Wal-Mart to see if we could
find the yarn we were looking for there. Didn't find the exact kind we wanted,
but a kind that worked good enough and came home. But all in all, it took
forever, and it was a long day =) Nothing much of interest last night, ate
dinner, talked to Jason for quite awhile (yay), talked to Chris because I heard
something was wrong with his grandfather =/ Talked to Chrystina cause she
called like twice, and stuff.. Uhm.. Yeah, was pretty exciting ;p Then last
night, Myrna called from HCT to tell me she found me :p They filed me under P
instead of M ;) I have no last name, I'm just Paige damnit :D Anyhow, so I have
to go back in today, to pay my tuition. And then tomorrow go back to start
class. *yay* how fun. :)
Thursday, 1-21-99
Life is going okay. :D Started school on the 13th,
had English from 12 to 12:50, and then had psych from 6 - 9 pm :) Was pretty
neat I guess. Didn't have class Thursday and then had just English on Friday,
only, I missed my second day of class. :( I was sorta bleeding, so I had to go
to the doctors to get checked out. Doesn't appear to be any problems, so we'll
see. Weekend was okay, pretty boring, didn't do much. Had the day off Monday
(have English on Monday's) and no class Tuesday. Yesterday had English and
Psych again, and actually *made* it to both classes. ;) I'm sure everyone is
quite proud of me. ;) Being back in school is pretty strange, but I like it.
English is alright, I guess. My teacher has a fairly strict attendence policy,
that might be rather difficult for me to follow, but we'll see how that goes.
Psych is pretty cool, my teacher is a trip, but I really enjoy the class, even
if it *is* 3 hours long. We get two 10 minute breaks at least. A couple of
people have commented on knowing me. Bob Ryan is in my class, and said "Didn't
you used to date Chris Wegner?" *doh* Hehehe ;) And this girl I talk to
a lot, says she knows me from somewhere, and some other girl was like "So
Paige, when are you due?" I have no clue who she is, but apparently she
knows me somehow. Hrm.. Who knows. People just seem to randomly know me.
*Shrugs* :) Other than that, I haven't been up to a whole lot. Don got in town
yesterday, so when Mom and him picked me up from Psych, we went to go have
dinner, and then Mom and him drove to Great Falls, since he had to deliver a
load there (I think it was deliver.. *ponders*) They should be back at any time
I would think. Then Don should be in town until Monday at least. I talk to
Jason constantly cause he rocks and stuff, and uhm.. I don't do a whole lot of
anything else. My mom's trying to 'domesticate' me. She's now teaching me to
crochet. She's almost done crocheting the baby blanket she's making for me..
She just has to finish the last row, and then put the ribbon on it. :) So that
makes me happy ;) Now apparently she wants to make a matching bib, bottle
cover, and unicorn (she used to make crocheted stuffed unicorns). My mom's
suddenly being creative again ;) But that's okay, I don't mind. :) The blanket
she's making looks *great* ;) I really like it. :))) Anyhow, it's like.. 9 am,
and I just woke up because my stomach hurt, and I had to go to the bathroom, and
I'm still *way* tired.. and since I don't have school today, I can sleep in as
long as I want. :) So I think I might go back to sleep now ;) Of course, I
have homework I must finish by tomorrow.. *sigh* Homework. What a strange
concept for me.. It's been a long time :p Plus, I have a doctors appointment in
the morning tomorrow, before class. Doing blood work. I hate having blood work
done. Needles scare me. :/ Oh well.. bye!
Friday, 1-22-99
Today was okay I guess.. Had a doctors appointment early
this morning, like I said.. Wasn't allowed to eat anything or drink anything
after midnight and then went in at 9:30, and they made me drink this sugar.. it
was nasty. Then after my appointment, an hour alter, they took blood, and by
then I felt *really* sick to my stomach. Anyhow, I barely had time to grab
something to eat, which was hard to eat cause I felt so sick, and then go to
class. Class was alright.. After that, Erin came over and her and I stopped by
the job services long enough to walk in and walk out, then stopped by someplace
to get something to eat, and then she brought me home. Not much else went on
today. Doctor called tonight, apparently my blood sugar level was high (they
were testing me for gestational diabetes.. a diabetes you can get while
pregnant) so they want me to come back in and drink more sugar shit, and then
wait *3* hours, while they take blood once an hour. Yuck. So that's gonna
suck.. I hope everythings okay.
Monday, 1-25-99
Hrm.. I've been feeling so sick lately. I don't know
why. All I've done for the most part the last couple of days is slept. I did
the same today, didn't make it to class, which is not a good thing. I dunno, I
feel miserable. Plus, tomorrow I get to go in at 8:30 for those blood tests.
They said they'll take my blood four times. Once when I get there, and then
once an hour for three hours after they make me drink that stuff. I'm sure
that'll make me feel better. I hope I can manage to keep the stuff down =/ Mom
went out of town today and Don left today as well. So getting to
class/doctors/etc is going to be more difficult this week. Hopefully I can
manage to work it all out, I suppose if all else fails, I'll walk. That would
suck though, especially since it got much colder again. Right now I'm feeling
tons of movements in my stomach, dunno if it's just cause my stomach is upset,
or if it's the baby :p Probably a bit of both. It's like, 6:45 pm now.. I
can't eat or drink anything after 8:30, so that'll suck too. I think I'll
probably go to bed then, if not earlier. I have to be up really early anyhow.
My brothers going to give me a ride, but he said I'll have to be there by 8. I
hope the damn place is open then. They told me to come in at 8:30.. *sigh* Oh
well, I'll stop complaining now.
Thursday, 1-28-99
Today has been a slow day, thank god. :) Tuesday went
okay, though the doctors appointment sucked, but I survived it. Went with Erin
Tuesday night to get something to eat with some guy friend of hers named Chris,
and his friend Chuck or something. Was interesting. Also went with her to
K-Mart and another store, we manage to have fun doing all kinds of stupid
things. Then Wednesday, yesterday had class, and *made* it to class. Scared me
kinda, walking down the hall to English and someone was like "Oh look, it's
an EFnet user" ;) But I know the guy. Danielle stopped by, and then ended
up giving me a ride to Psych class. So that worked out okay. And Jerry gave me
a ride back from English, and this girl Jennifer in my Psych class gave me a
ride home. Scrambling for rides this week *sigh*. I have a test in Psych next
week, and an essay due in English next Friday. Yay. Oh well, that's life. Got
homework I need to do too. Oh, and I found out the results to my tests
yesterday, they were fine. So no gestational diabetes thank god. ;) Today was
slow, didn't do anything, went to the store, stopped by Casey's for a few,
talked to Erin, etc. Nothing major.
